Two Services. Done Right.

We don't do everything. We do drywall and painting — and the water-damage and cabinet work where those two skills overlap. Focus is the quality signal.

Drywall Repair

Holes, cracks, anchor pullouts, seam failures, corner bead damage. Clean cut, proper backing, three-coat finish, texture match.

Drywall Installation

New walls, ceilings, closets, renovations. Full sheet, taped, mudded, sanded, primed. Finished for paint, not just "done."

Interior Painting

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors. Single rooms or whole-house repaints. Clean lines, clean protection, clean cleanup.

Cabinet Painting

Kitchen and bath cabinets — proper prep, sand, spray or brush for a factory-finish result. Updates the room without a full remodel.

Water Damage Repair

Leak blown out a ceiling? Pipe failure behind drywall? We handle the patch and paint after remediation — the natural dual-trade job.

Textured Ceiling Repair

Popcorn, orange peel, knockdown — repair, remove, or match existing texture. The ceiling work nobody else wants to do.

Two Things. Two Things Only.

David Neel, Owner

Done Right Drywall Repair & Painting was founded in early 2020 with a deliberately narrow scope: drywall and painting. No flooring, no plumbing, no full remodels. Two trades, taught together to every crew member, done on the same visit.

That focus matters because drywall and paint are the trades most often split across two vendors — which means scheduling lags, color mismatches, and texture mismatches. When you hire us, the patch is primed and painted before we leave. No "we'll send the painter Friday."

Five years later, we run two locations (Atlanta and Norcross), carry a 4.8 HomeAdvisor rating, and still refuse to scope-creep. Focus is the quality signal.

Drywall + Paint FAQ

Yes — that's the whole point. Our crews are cross-trained so the same people who patch the drywall prime and paint the finish. You don't schedule a follow-up, and the texture and color match is handled by the person who did the patch.
Popcorn, knockdown, orange peel, smooth — we match the existing texture. If you prefer to remove the texture and go smooth, we do that too, and prime-and-paint the result.
Yes. Once the affected drywall is removed and the space is dry, we come in for the rebuild + paint. Direct insurance documentation available on request.
Depends on the cabinet and your preference. We typically remove doors and spray them in controlled conditions for a factory-finish look, and brush the boxes on-site to match. We walk through the options before we start.
Because doing two things well is harder than doing ten things adequately. We stayed narrow on purpose. When you call, you get people who have done thousands of these exact jobs — not someone splitting their attention across flooring and plumbing and roofing.
